The take pipeline and the vos.so verbs ship inside @vosjs/cli since 0.9.0; every scenario, skill and reference that named the pair says one package, and the channel specs' source of truth is named by its new home.

Results files keep the versions they ran on.node scripts/check.mjspasses.
